How we begin:
We ask that you
paint us a picture of your ideal candidate. What kind of education and work
experience should they have, what duties will they be performing, what kind
of environment will they be working in and what are your expectations for
this position?
When we have a clear understanding of your specific needs and
criteria we begin the search.
Identifying likely candidates:
This is where our
industry expertise is put to work.
We use every resource available to create a pool of qualified
candidates to approach during the recruitment phase of the search. The
resources used includes our extensive network of industry contacts, our
library of business directories and our proprietary database.
The recruitment phase:
Our recruitment
professionals conduct in-depth interviews with every potential
candidate. In addition to
gathering detailed work history information we explore personal issues that
might effect the long term success of each placement such as relocation, trailing spouses or
counteroffers. By anticipating
each hurdle in the hiring process we recruit the best possible individual,
both professionally and personally, for every assignment.
As we’re
learning about the potential candidates, they’re learning about
you. We believe that the more they
know about your company, the more likely we are to make a successful,
long-term placement.
The close:
When we have
narrowed the field to a few leading candidates it’s time for you to
meet the them. After each After
each interview we debrief the candidates and address all concerns. When a finalist is selected we act
as
intermediaries to negotiate the offer and complete the placement
process.
